Handling Instructions
Usage Guidelines:
Your product arrives in foil and with a lid to protect it. It will arrive frozen. If you want to use your product on the day, or over the next couple of days, then store it in the refrigerator and allow it to fully defrost. If you want to keep your product for later use then put it into the freezer where it can be stored up to the best before date printed on the pack. For best results defrost it in plenty of time as above when you want to use it.
Reheating:
This product is fully cooked so you are only reheating to achieve service temperature. Our advice is to take your time, reheat slowly and gently to get the best result. The following are guidelines only as equipment will vary.
Once fully defrosted remove the lid and bake in a preheated oven set to 160C for 25-30 mins. Alternatively remove individual portions as required and bake in a preheated oven set to 160C for 15-20 mins. Once out of the foil you can defrost or heat in a microwave then finish under a hot grill or place in a hot oven to brown. The product can be oven baked from frozen in a preheated oven set at 160C for 60mins. Be very careful when removing the product from the oven after reheating as it will be heavy and very hot.

Serving Instructions:
