White Choc & Whisky Croissant Bread & Butter Pudding by James Martin
A truly wonderful take on a classic British dessert. Made with croissant and sultanas, baked together with a dreamy cream and egg custard made white chocolate and a wee dram of whisky, and then finished with an apricot jam glaze. A real British cracker given an indulgent twist.
"Just try it. It’s soft, it’s a treat, its wonderful." James Martin

The following are guidelines only as equipment will vary. When defrosted place it in the foil, directly onto a baking tray in a preheated oven at 160C for 12-15 mins. The puddings can be microwaved gently on half power for 3-4 mins. Handle the reheated product carefully as it is fragile.
