A truly wonderful take on a classic British dessert. Made with croissant and sultanas, baked together with a dreamy cream and egg custard made white chocolate and a wee dram of whisky, and then finished with an apricot jam glaze. A real British cracker given an indulgent twist.

"Just try it. It’s soft, it’s a treat, its wonderful." James Martin

Handling Instructions

Usage Guidelines:

Your pudding arrives flow wrapped to protect it. It will arrive frozen. If you want to use your tart on the day, or over the next couple of days, then store it in the refrigerator until fully defrosted. It can also be defrosted gently in a microwave oven using the defrost programme on low power.  Make sure that your product is out of the foil before you microwave it. If you want to keep your pudding for later use then put it into the freezer where it can be stored up to the best before date printed on the pack. Forbest results defrost it in plenty of time as above when you want to use it.

Reheating:

The pudding is served warm.

This product is fully cooked so you are only reheating to achieve service temperature. Our advice is to take your time, reheat slowly and gently to get the best result. The following are guidelines only as equipment will vary. When defrosted place it in the foil, directly onto a baking tray in a preheated oven at 160C for 12-15 mins. The puddings can be microwaved gently on half power for 3-4 mins. Handle the reheated product carefully as it is fragile.
